Overview

What is Quadient Inspire?

Quadient Inspire is a leading platform for Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Output Management. It covers the full lifecycle of customer documents – from data preparation and template design through personalisation to omnichannel output across print, PDF, email, web and archive systems. Inspire is a strategic instrument for producing regulated customer communications consistently, accessibly and at scale.

The platform comprises several tightly aligned components: Inspire Designer for template engineering, Inspire Scaler for high-volume processing, Inspire Interactive for dialogue-based case work by business users, and Inspire Flex as the modern, cloud-ready CCM offering. Vetrexa supports you as an experienced yet vendor-neutral partner – from replacing legacy Papyrus or DOPiX landscapes through to steady-state operations.

FAQ

FAQ

What does Inspire Expert Certified mean?

Inspire Expert Certified is the highest certification tier in the Quadient partner programme for the Inspire platform. All Vetrexa consultants in the Output Management practice hold this certification – across Designer, Scaler, Interactive and Flex. This allows us to run CCM programmes in regulated industries from target architecture through to day-to-day operations.

How do you migrate from Papyrus to Inspire?

We start with a structured inventory of all templates, data sources and output channels. We then categorise document types, define mapping rules and reusable building blocks, and migrate to Inspire Designer in controlled waves. Automated comparison tests (Jira/XRay, pixel diff) safeguard functional and visual parity against the Papyrus and DOPiX baseline.

How do you ensure WCAG accessibility?

We embed WCAG 2.1 AA into template design and data preparation from day one: tagged PDF/UA, logical reading order, alternative texts, contrast checks and structured tables. In Inspire Designer we work with standardised accessibility building blocks that are centrally maintained and reused across the whole document family.

How long does a typical CCM migration take?

A first production wave covering selected document types can usually go live within 4 to 6 months. Full replacement of Papyrus or DOPiX landscapes with several hundred templates, omnichannel output and archive integration typically runs between 12 and 24 months, staggered by document type and business area.
